This privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Privacy Policy") applies to the handling of personal information and other personal-related information acquired by Toketa Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") in relation to Debatia (hereinafter referred to as "the Service"). In this Privacy Policy, the term "personal information" refers to personal information as defined in Article 2, Paragraph 1 of the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (Law No. 57 of May 30, 2003, including subsequent amendments, hereinafter referred to as the "Personal Information Protection Law"). Article 5: About Google Analytics

The Service uses Google Analytics, a service by Google Inc., to understand customers' usage. Google Analytics collects, records, and analyzes usage history based on cookies issued by the Company. The Company receives analysis results from Google Inc. to understand customer usage. The information collected, recorded, and analyzed by Google Analytics does not include any information that identifies specific individuals, and these pieces of information are managed by Google Inc. according to their privacy policy.

Customers can stop the collection of information by the Company's use of Google Analytics by disabling Google Analytics in the browser add-on settings. Google Analytics opt-out settings can be implemented by downloading and installing the "Google Analytics Opt-out Add-on" from Google Inc.'s opt-out add-on download page and changing the browser add-on settings.

Article 6: Provision of Personal Information

The Company will not provide customers' personal information to third parties except in the following cases:

  • When there is prior consent from the customer
  • When the Company determines there is a potential to harm a third party's life, body, property, or other legitimate interests
  • When the customer violates the Service's terms of use and it is necessary to provide or disclose personal information to protect the rights, property, or services of the Company or third parties and there is sufficient reason to believe this

Requests for disclosure, correction, and suspension of use of personal information shall be made by the customer or their representative. Upon confirming that the request is made by the customer themselves, the Company will respond promptly within the reasonable scope defined by law.

Article 8: Revision of the Privacy Policy

The Company may, at its discretion, change or amend the contents of this Privacy Policy at any time. When the Company changes or amends this Privacy Policy, except when such changes or amendments are minor or formal, the Company will announce the start date of the application of the changed or amended Privacy Policy in advance through notifications on the Service. Customers agree that continued use of the Service after the start of the application of the changed or amended Privacy Policy will be deemed as their consent to the changed or amended Privacy Policy.
